Really enjoying this app for online classes! Sometimes needs to reboot but works seamlessly most of the time.

I have had some issues when sharing what others can see what I have written or drawn, the images don’t line up or over lap each other making it hard or unreadable. The collaboration should be seamless and there shouldn’t be issues when downloading or printing that plagues where the images are clear and concise. The only other issue that I have found is I do not being able to change the shape of the highlighter from wedge to round it was changed in an update and users were not given the option to change to their particular preference.

The old version was better. Seems like their focus now is trying to find reasons to justify an increasing subscription rate.

Please make it more simple to add a new page. I’ve been pressing everything under the sun to see if it’ll let me add a new page and I can’t find anything. A simple feature like that shouldn’t be hidden away. It’s an otherwise perfect app, I just really need that feature to work. EDIT: so it turns out, the add page function IS easy to find. Only major issue is that it is only available to local files, not cloud-based files. I was working on a cloud file so it did not give me the option. Once I realized I couldn’t add a page, I decided to just export the file and start the work on another app, but the export PDF had issues. Many of the words/lines I deleted were showing on the export PDF. I had to delete a bunch of stuff and start from new which wasn’t fun when I had an important deadline to meet. Overall I probably won’t be using this app again until these issues are fully ironed out.

The app is perfect but I wish we were able to arrange files into folders or categories, it would make the app much efficient, other than that it’s wonderful.

Wanted it to work so bad. Cannot use eraser without glitching out existing writing, but the glitches don’t even appear until after you’ve exported!!!!!! Now the app decides it won’t even open, completely crashes, and I’ve lost all my work🙂

Best note taking app, I can add typed notes and highlight and even add png images to my PDF notes. I like all the features and space available on the cloud. I have over 100 documents and bonds in my Drawboard library and I wish there was a way to have these organized in folders!

I use this app daily on my classroom Viewboard. It’s AMAZING…. when it works. I absolutely love all of the features and the design of the app, overall. Here’s the issue… every.single.day the app crashes! Sometimes multiple times in one day. I’ve used this app for a few years now, and none of the updates have ever fixed it. There are 2 types of glitches/crashes: 1. In the middle of writing, the pen will stop working and leave a little blip of a mark on my screen. If I change colors and go back to the original color, or use a new color altogether, it will work. But I’m left with that little blip of a color on the page for the rest of the time I’m writing on that document. 2. Complete crash. Nothing works. In the middle of working absolutely fine, zilch, nada, then blue screen of death…. SO FRUSTRATING! I don’t know why this can’t be addressed in an update. I’ve tried emailing the company, even sent in videos of what happens and then the email responses stop. I’ve tried several times. The only good thing is when I finally get it working again, my work is always saved. But sometimes it takes 5 minutes to get the Viewboard to finally respond so I can close close the app and restart it. It’s honestly maddening!

Careful if you use the sync function. Had written on a document without internet at a meeting and when it reconnected to the internet it reverted back to a blank document.
