Use every week day - generally great
I prebook all my journeys on a Sunday and generally don't have any problems. In the last few weeks my 7:30 car has arrived at 7:10/15. I don't rush around as I booked for 7:30. I've had a couple of drivers knock on the door and ask why I'm not in the car - to which I have politely replied "I booked it for 7:30, need to sort my dogs out and I'll be out" Unfortunately, had a car last week that arrived at 7:14, got the automated call. Walked out my front door at 7:20 to find no car. Came back inside and checked the app as I know drivers sometimes decline jobs so it's reassigned but nothing. Tried to book another and couldn't get one. Booked with an alternative company. Cost me £6 more and I was late to work. Checked my emails once underway, to see an email saying my journey, booked at 7:30 was cancelled at 7:14. Not redirected just a job sheet with a strike through with cancelled. I was out before the time I'd booked for. I've been doing the same trip morning and evening for 10 months!
