I used to be able to use this app with no issues. Now after exiting the app and going back in I get the following error. The ssl certificate of the disk station is not trusted. I have now click on ok and click my account to log back in every single time. It NEVER used to do this until about a few months ago. Nothing has changed. I even contacted support and their resolution is to disable https. Really?? Very disappointed.

To download video this app requires full access to my photo library. This is not great for app that supposed to improve privacy by providing private CCTV. Developers should tune configuration to only ask for necessary information.

Why do I need to tap through like 50 menus to silence notifications? Why can’t I double tap to zoom? Why isn’t there consistency in swipe actions Why do I not get any thumbnails with notifications??

If we could categorize alerts, have custom notification sounds in ios, that would be ideal… Would be great way to take advantage of more advance ai face analysis to avoid notifications at times.

Not a single update to this app in nearly 6 months. Is this an abandoned product? UniFi Protect is continuously updating their mobile applications to improve the user experience. Please give us a better way to toggle between NAS units as well, including the ability to assign an alias for when connections are established using IP addresses over a VPN tunnel.

Cannot connect to Synology for two months. Really?

Updated to new version and now can’t access anything

Please please pretty please Add an AppleTV app. Since the majority of NAS from Synology don't have an HDMI port, I have no easy way to show cameras on my TV. I just need an Apple TV app! Other Synology apps are on there. Thanks!
