The app is not responding or opening, and I’m at the clinic where they asked me for a picture of my ID card

The app is down loaded but as soon you click on the app it disappears .

I can’t open my app, I tried to uninstalled then installed again but it didn’t work. I don’t know what’s the problem because I can’t open at all. I hope you can fixed the problem

I downloaded this app multiple times on iPhone and it doesn’t seem to work, what’s the issue ?

App keeps crashing. The app is better than the insurance though.

Vitamin drugs covered for my pregnant wife suddenly not covering during policy change. That too with the same policy same year. Also, scanning traffic had increased a lot. App is very pathetic. Not planning to continue with them anymore!

Do not!! Do not buy this insurance or mednet in general. They will find every excuse to not approve any procedure!! Their so called “doctors” that make such decisions are charlatans that don’t know left from right. Also, dear “dubai care”, I will be making a complain after complain to dubai health care until I get satisfaction for the pain you caused
