Not able to register as it didn’t send any otp code please fix before publishing to the public

I don’t receive the OTP to login and there’s no way to fix it or talk with support

Not able to proceed beyond registration as it gives error that “ID number not valid” There is no option of using hyphen as in the ID card number as the numeric keypad is the not option to key in the ID number which doesn’t have a hyphen. Either the registration should accept ID number without hyphen or allow user to enter ID number with hyphen.
