This app is amazing has helped me a lot on my fitness easy way to get in shape really fast with the help of this app ur fitness goals can be achieved
Really made my muscles burn
This is by far my favorite workout app especially even more now that there’s warmup’s and cooldown exercises! I hope that forearm exercises will be added soon! I don’t want to overlook my forearms.
I set up a 7x per week upper/lower split. The nice thing is that the workouts are so short that if you miss one you can roll it into the next day workout, which lets you take rest as needed while still sticking with the program The diet planner, while basic, is surprisingly helpful. It recommended that I eat a 500 calorie deficit & up my protein intake to 3x the FDA guidelines which made an absolutely massive difference. The FDA guidelines were designed to keep WW2 soldiers from starving to death, and are badly outdated. I’ve lowered my bodyfat percentage by 2% so far, and I hope to be within striking distance of my goal (12% bodyfat) by the end of summer
I’m using it in free mode and I had plan to purchase an annual subscription but there is a bug that make me doubt about my decision. Every time I open the app it open onboarding from first step and it didn’t track my workouts in the app. Also when I integrate it with Health it categorized my activity under other categories instead of traditional strength activity and it almost record a few data and heart rate. So disappointing for demo. 😞
