I want to read an ebook and suddenly it crashes. Multiple times I've attempted same thing

It cannot highlight anymore. It also problem when reading. It keep jumping page. Cannot go next page. Must exit and begin from start back. Really bad reading app.

Cannot click back button after finish read. No setting button to change the text size / text color. No setting button to change the theme if I remembered previously can change to dark theme. Mine using iOS 18. Please fix the bugs and update the apps thank you 🙏

Unable to launch apps after update

It's so slow.. the interface is so bad I hoped MPOB will consider to sell the physical book rather than engaging this app...it's frustrating to use.. as the page takes forever to load...

Please update your app. Kinda wish it was like the Apple Book.

I can not log in bcs of limited for 5 device. Please help me to remove the device before we log in so that we can choose. I only can access this device, how I gonna deactivate from other?

i subscribe to hebat premium but when i go back to the app, there is no subscription tab!!! this app is a scam!!!

Hai I’m using this app and I don’t even know how to going back to page one means i love to read again and again and going back too profile but I couldn’t find any button…it’s so complicated that i have to slide page one by one
