Bought books, only working for first 2 pages. And it will stay at the same page forever. Please rectify this. It’s so frustrating!

I bought a book Nasihat Agama dan Wasiat Iman from them. Can’t hardly read it. It looks like it’s a scan image of the book! The app open the book with 2 pages side by side. When I want zoom to just one page it zoomed but the other page obscured the zoom page. Cannot put it to landscspe mode. Can’t change font size. Very bad app and I think I got ripoff as it is not reslly an ebook but a scan image of the book. I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This is is a really bad app. I bought a book and the transaction was pretty seamless. But I was only able to read the first 2 pages. The book is not loading and it’s frustrating as a consumer and avid reader. The Help and Support page is not helping either. I hope this problem will be fixed asap.

The first book that I purchased, I managed to read it smoothly. But the second book that I purchased, the book is not loading and I can’t go to the next page! I am stuck at that page only. It’s very frustrating, especially when I was enjoying reading the book! Please fix this asap!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

After software upgrading, all bought books in my library are missing. Several attempts to communicate with e-sentral comes with no reply.

I have problem loading the book that I have purchase. It takes very long time and it just not downloading at all! After awhile the app will just exit out! Please assist! Emall & Kakibuku is the best!

Very poor and buggy app. Keep force closing with limited personalization. Don't buy ebooks from them as you can't download and read it from other e readers. All books you bought from e sentral will be stored on the cloud and you are forced to use their buggy readers to read your book. Forget about saving a few pennies and you're better off buying from iBooks or Amazon!

One account is limited to 5 devices only which is fine by me. But, as i log out of my account and wanted to log in back, it stated that I have log in the same account in 5 different devices which is impossible as I only use one for this app. Now i cant get access to it as i have to log out from other devices which i have no clue of and all the books in that account is completely gone from my grasp. Totally disappointed in this.

Paid for a book, had to download this app to read. Fine. But how do you mess up a reading app to the point with every page flip it moves either to a random chapter, or flips back to the same page over and over again? Not to mention you cant do any highlighting or note taking on this crap app.

I cannot login. Why ha?
