Newest update deleted my connected accounts from app and nothing I do reconnects them. This has never happened in any previous update

Can’t login, not accepting OTP
I can’t login to the app as it’s not accepting the OTP.
Service letdown
“Disappointing service experience with Etisalat: Needs improvement” Trying to pay my bill via the App with Apple Pay & getting rejected every time. Customer service ask if I can use a local card to pay when any Mastercard & Visa works. Eventually got cut off from customer service as they could not resolve the issue.
Plans don’t load
Your prepaid wasel plans don’t load and you cannot buy a SIM card through the app. Its been inoperative for a month now.
Not intuitive. After recharging the money doesn’t show in the app.
Not intuitive. Lots of tabs, buttons, but hard to find simple stuff. After recharging the money doesn’t show in the app. Each time I recharge and need to wait about an hour for the money to show in the app balance. This is crazy. When I go to the balance details it says: ‘Total added: 50 AED tolal spent: 0 AED Today recharges: 50 AED Closing credit balance: 50 AED Available credit: 0 AED Balance before recharging: 0 AED’ NO LOGIC. Please hire better developers!

Honestly I I tried du before Etisalet and I just think Etisalat is just better in every aspect
Good app let down by constant advertising notifications.
Constantly getting notifications for advertisements and no way to turn off.
Over-billing & poor customer services
I am unable to reach out and address my bill issue and I visited Etisalat shop in Mazyad mall but they couldn’t sort out my issue or at least file a complaint or find me a solution instead they’ve asked me to visit another Etisalat shop .. ! It’s waste of time and the online ‘ virtual services not so helpful
