App裡面完全沒有任何可以反映的方法 我們每天基乎都會叫 每次要等一小時 可以理解 經常是餐廳做完之後等50分鐘才有人接單送貨 又不能取消 熱的食物來到涼了 冷的飲品到了暖了 比超市買微波還要難吃 這錢我真的不想再浪費在貴公司上 祝早日倒閉

1. Menu displayed in English but customer service cannot understand English when you lodge a report on food delivery. 2. Different food items shown in Chinese and English menus = misunderstandings between customers and the merchant. So if the customer ordered A and instead the merchant delivered B, the customer should take it as misunderstandings from the merchant and this company, Easi, will not take any responsibility unless you ask for it. (I.e. compensations) 3. The app doesn’t have a button to report like UberEats, if your food delivery happens to be different than the one you ordered you either practice your Chinese and talk to the customer service girl who sighs annoyingly over your complaint or you take it in. :)

Waiting for an hour still no delivery guy. Use the customer service and they only tell you to wait?! Seriously?!

The restaurant closed early, showing a successful refund, but I waited for two months and did not receive the money. No contact number , no customer service, they won't even set up a robot. What's the difference from a scam? Keep going if you dare, once the amount is enough, I will sue immediately.

Over an hour for a 6km delivery. Driver completed 3 other deliveries on the way so our food arrived cold and very late. Tried to cancel and requested a refund and was told no just wait. Will never use this again and recommend you don’t either

My last couple of were soooooo late, it was ridiculous - even if I pay for express service. Feedback disabled. Total waste of money. I am deleting the app.

Customer service is garbage, poor service Why is the fried rice like this this time? Before, the fried rice was packaged in plastic wrap and the portion was very large. However, this time it seemed like someone had eaten half of the fried rice and there was no plastic wrap and the portion was small. Is it the morning store? Are you packing the leftover fried rice that the customer ate and giving it to me? You won’t answer the phone, and the customer service hasn’t come to resolve it.
