I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app 50 times and it still does not work.

App doesnt work, can’t contact support, support website doesnt load. I try resetting password and it still doesnt work.

It alternates between a few days of working fine and a few days of the app refusing to open. Extremely frustrating. There doesn’t seem to be any support either.

Worked fine but now soon as I log in. It crashes

This app used to work most of the time, but now it crashes on start up and you cannot gain entry

It’s a good day if it works. Had the app for 2 years - hardly works. Developer clearly not concerned about quality. Frankly it reflects poorly on the storage facility

The app needs IT professionals to create it and really test it upon themselves first before selling it to companies who see it and buy it or pay for it and only to find out that it does not work. Can’t enter any doors because the images of doors don’t even show up. Then when all fails it says log in failure. Then more interesting is they make sure there is no topic if their is not working what to do. This means they never test this before they put it out there.

Why offer this app to your clients when it causes more frustration than it’s worth. Don’t know how much reliable storage is paying for this app but they need to save that money and lower their rate instead.

I’ve had this unit for about 2 1/2 years. About six or eight months ago the app stopped working. I have tried everything since, logging in, logging out, deleting the app from my phone, reinstalling it, changing my password. Nothing will work. Before it was just that the gates would not open with my app. Now it won’t even let me login even after changing my password, this app is absolute trash. And extremely inconvenient for the amount of money we pay at the storage unit.

I can’t even finish enrolling on the app because it’s stuck on the “turn on notifications” which yes I have everything on for the app. But the buttons that say “notify me” and “no thank you” are absolutely useless because when you click one nothing happens. Then maybe thinking it just needs to load so I wait a message pops up saying “ Unhandled Error: SUCCESS: { Message = "Request Timed Out"; ?”
