App crashed and won’t open sent feedback to cs got an initial reply then nothing, no replies to repeat requests for assistance. Will be deleting this app once I have tried to retrieve three years worth of ride data.

I am a motorcycle postie and I've not found a trip recorder that works well for motorcycles. This gives me all the information I want such as left / right leans etc. I don't need Crashlight because my work bike has GPS and fall indicators installed anyway but I have to say $21.99 / year is great value for money and when I get another personal bike I think it's a service I would like to use. I'm currently running it on the iOS 11 beta and I can't get stories or bikes working but that's not indicative of this app more the beta and hence the reason I only give 4.

Love most of this app. But it is painful trying to do posts as you write all about your ride, but only some of the post shows. Due to this I and most others just give up on doing posts. Which is a pity. Be excellent if this issue could be fixed.

Need to be able to post to fb. With notes attached photos etc

In 2023 the price for an annual subscription of Crashlight (within the ESR app) was $14.99. One year later the price to renew/unlock Crashlight is $49.99. Seems like highway robbery to me. It’s a shame because I initially liked the app and the service it provides. But, I’m not willing to pay $50 bucks for it now.

Save yourself the time and the headache, and find a different app. This is trash.

Had lots of issues setting up profile as photo upload wasn’t working. Same with adding bike. Had to add it multiple times before it showed up. Seems like everything on the app is a post. When you add a bike it is a post. When you drive a route, it’s a post. Ya, that’s not for me. As for lack of features, there are no turn by turn directions. You can’t plan a route. When you do record a ride the lean data is garbage. So wanted this app to be awesome, but it is just so-so.

I have contacted support through email several times with no help so far. The app on my lobby to save my ride and I’ve lost 4 rides already because of it. If this is what users are to expect for support the I’m deleting this app.

Can we get an update so it scales to iPad. I use an iPad mini as my nav / communications while adventuring.

Tried to sign up. Stuck on the "allow location services screen" I press it and nothing happens. Sick app brah
