This thing is never updated. Minimal options in scheduling. Find another product and buy it to control timing on lights. Send back whatever you just bought because these issues should have been fixed years ago but this developer can’t seem to figure it out.

Another new IOS upgrade, another year of connectivity problems. This might be the only company that doesn’t test their software ahead of new IOS releases.

Truly a terrible piece of software. Hard to replicate any errors and doesn’t work consistently across iOS devices. Customer support non-existent.

Clunky, but worked for several years, now it won’t finish connecting and most parts of the app are inaccessible. Probably because of what others say, that it hasn’t been updated for iOS16. Please update!!!

Support for this is horrible. What a waste of money. No fixes for iOS 16 or newer for over a year now. Nothing can get this to work over WiFi again, just Bluetooth. Support is non existent. I do not recommend.

Hardware works great. App is terrible, less than basic without essential information. For example: what time does my timer currently have? No clue. Resetting app and device to factory settings does not prompt for wifi configuration, so the device broadcasts its on WiFi which remains open and unsecured. But you can connect to it and turn it on/off. Zero options, configuration settings, methods, or buttons to setup the WiFi on the device. Returning device and deleting app.

Constantly crashing and loosing connection!

I replaced a broken mechanical timer with this. Setup on iOS was a breeze. Programming was simple, but the interface is kinda ugly. Functional though. I have it set to start the pool pump in the morning and off at night. I use the manual option to stop or start the pump as needed. This is a huge upgrade from walking to the pump house and turning dials or pressing buttons. Now during thunderstorms or pool maintenance I can quickly shut off the pump from my pocket.

Found out after installation that it will not connect to my iPad. Kinda useless now.

After 45 minutes of trying to get this to connect and work on my phone through my wifi, I threw it in the trash.
