Offers me 70 DOLLARS for a phone I paid 300 dollars for less than a year ago USED!!! This is useless app!!!!

Downloaded the app and realized you can only price the phone your currently on. No android.

By far the worst app I ever used and a waste of gas and time went to a drop off location offered 8 dollars for a cracked iPhone XS that WORKS Machine said was not on, it was in fact on

This app is totally useless. You try to get the code to avoid standing there forever at the machine but the stupid app continues to say it’s us not you. Customer service just says delete the app and re upload which does nothing. It’s easier to just go a pawnshop

95 dollars for a basically brand new iPhone 12 is laughable at best but pathetic at most. Do not use this app. I don’t care if you are on your last drop of gas in your car, you’d be better off selling on eBay, (which you can easily get a label and box for at the post office cheaply) or go on Facebook marketplace. The pricing offered is ridiculous, they give you pennies for working devices. Their machines don’t read your device properly, it says my 128gb iPhone doesn’t power on and is only 32gb so they offered $4. Use any other service you can.

Saves the plannet but fails to mention they pay 10% of the value of the phone and make a huge profit

The problem with the app is that it have some glitches such as when you go and price out a phone that’s not working you can’t capture the IMEI off the phone unless you have it back up and then you will need to enter it in manually but they never give you that feature so that you’re able to lock in the phone price

What a worthless app. I was so excited to try this app and get some cash for my old iPhone 5 that I no longer need. I needed cash ASAP because I only have $4 in my bank account. Well, I input that I had a nice, working iPhone 5 that has no damage. I go to select a kiosk and won’t let me. F🤬🤬k your app. I wish I could rate it zero stars, because the app deserves it for being F🤬🤬🤬ing worthless.

So many reasons why this app and the machines aren’t worth it smh
