The whole point of getting the headplus is to be able to pair it with other devices. Not to mention the sliderone bundle. I am not able to control more than one device at a time rendering the large amount of money I spent on the bundles useless. Very unfortunate that they advertise being able to control everything through your phone when it simply doesn’t work.

I have the app but doesn’t allow me to connect multiple devices! I can only connect one at a time. It is strange as the pictures show you can but my app doesn’t. If it wasn’t for this I would give it 4 star.

Please fix. This app is turning my $10k investment into an utter waste. Please fix the app!

The constant disconnects with the app makes this product useless!

Constant problems. Device firmware update loops that pop up in the middle of using their hardware and FORCE updates that don’t actually stick, so I keep having to re-update. Maddening.

For what this hardware costs, this app should be a lot better. The Timelapse and stop motion features only work with two poses. The normal sequencer is too fast for many Timelapse scenarios. The app shuts you out when you’re not connected, so you can’t watch tutorials or edit sequences on your down time. The app disconnects when you switch modes, so you have to pull batteries and reboot to reconnect. I’m not sure if the sequences will keep running when your phone is disconnected. That said, I’m not sure there’s a better alternative out there.

All of a sudden, I can no longer pair to headone units as a pan and tilt combo, only one headone unit at a time. My entire video making setup relies on using pan and tilt on two different cameras. Edelkrone has been wildly undependable lately, first pushing endless software updates that never seem to take and that interrupt the creative process, and now this which is a total dealbreaker. I put in a support request and I’m waiting for a resolution but otherwise I’m gonna sell my entire edelkrone rig.

App version 3.3.12 I want love edelkrone and this app, but it frequently loses connection. 😔 Please edelkrone, this really needs to be solved. 🙏🏼

I can rely professionally on a product that suddenly breaks when I have the need to use it for a client.

The App has been working very well for me. iPhone 14pro max. I haven’t had any connectivity issues at all and have used it for a good number of weeks now. So far, so good. The only issue I have is if you change the speed and don’t save a pose, it doesn’t change the speed. The speed selected needs to be saved as a pose before the speed will operate at that speed. Intuitively I would think you can change speed to any speed without saving just by moving the sliders, until I saw the sequencer and I think that is where locking in speeds for each pose makes sense.
