They offered me a 7-day free trial but charged me immediately without warning.
Love the new presets
I’m always searching for the greatest way to portray my photos sometimes as is and sometimes they just need a little tweak. This app lets me add a small filter to my pics to enhance! Great app
Refund please
I tried this app and it wasnt able to do what I had hoped it could… I deleted the app and canceled my subscription before the free trial ended and I was still billed for it. 30 bucks!!! I haven’t been able to reach anyone for a refund either.
Money Hungry
Had quite a few templates, but wants to nickel and dime you for anything AI generated like avatars. Doesn’t support posting directly to IG stories as it errored out each time. Seems good but subscription based apps are flooding the market and making the overall app space unaffordable.
too expensive.
$32 a month for a photo editing app is absolutely ridiculous. i don’t pay that much for ANY subscription i have to ANYTHING. it’s anywhere near good enough to cost this much.
Works well
The app is great and easy to use. I just wished there was a way to save carousel posts/ multiple pictures to one in Feed Preview
Tried the free trial, canceled, but still got charged.
Update: in response to developer response: I did cancel the free trial before the trial ended BUT still got charged. Notice how developer didn't address their links to customer support not working on the Edith download page. When I did finally get in touch with developer, and they did tell me how to request a refund (all this after I was charged $29.99 for a full year) that was AFTER I already tried to contact developer and went straight to apple to request a refund but was denied ( I explained this to developer in email and that's when developer stated theirs nothing they could do). ***** Tried to contact dev customer service, links to their website on this app listing don't go anywhere. Tried reaching their website/email via Google search, same thing...nothing. It's like their website doesn't exist.
I was charged $31.79 just for opening this app.
All I did was open the app and I was charged 31.79 I understand had I have wanted to purchase this. At the moment I thought ,we’l I’ll maybe eventually use it however I tried to use an AI filter and was told I had to pay an additional fee which is absurd being I never opted to purchase it in the first place. I would appreciate my money refunded and understand there could be a bug in the apps design which can cause it to automatically charge when opened however I don’t feel this error should come out of my pocket. And when I’m at preset box app to leave a complaint for Edith app it has a bug that won’t let me send my complaint for a refund.
Slow to load
I feel like you always need an internet connection to launch the app. Also, sometimes the app doesn’t load the raw images from my iPhone 14 pro max.
