Edith: Presets for Lightroom

I tried this app and it was t able to do what I had hoped. I deleted the app and canceled my subscription before the free trial ended and I was still billed for it. 30 bucks!!! I haven’t been able to reach anyone for a refund

Had quite a few templates, but wants to nickel and dime you for anything AI generated like avatars. Doesn’t support posting directly to IG stories as it errored out each time. Seems good but subscription based apps are flooding the market and making the overall app space unaffordable.

I’ve been in photography for years now, and I’ve SEARCHED like there’s no tomorrow for a solid editing app outside out Lightroom. This one is so far beyond anything out there… is not even funny. I CAN NOT say enough about it. And the presets… holy living crap… I am begging you to keep it up and hopefully keep adding to them. Not just more styles but more options within the ones already published. I was going to cancel my subscription as soon as I got it, but now… TAKE MY MONEY!!!

$32 a month for a photo editing app is absolutely ridiculous. i don’t pay that much for ANY subscription i have to ANYTHING. it’s anywhere near good enough to cost this much.

The app is great and easy to use. I just wished there was a way to save carousel posts/ multiple pictures to one in Feed Preview

Update: in response to developer response: I did cancel the free trial before the trial ended BUT still got charged. Notice how developer didn't address their links to customer support not working on the Edith download page. When I did finally get in touch with developer, and they did tell me how to request a refund (all this after I was charged $29.99 for a full year) that was AFTER I already tried to contact developer and went straight to apple to request a refund but was denied ( I explained this to developer in email and that's when developer stated theirs nothing they could do). ***** Tried to contact dev customer service, links to their website on this app listing don't go anywhere. Tried reaching their website/email via Google search, same thing...nothing. It's like their website doesn't exist.

All I did was open the app and I was charged 31.79 I understand had I have wanted to purchase this. At the moment I thought ,we’l I’ll maybe eventually use it however I tried to use an AI filter and was told I had to pay an additional fee which is absurd being I never opted to purchase it in the first place. I would appreciate my money refunded and understand there could be a bug in the apps design which can cause it to automatically charge when opened however I don’t feel this error should come out of my pocket. And when I’m at preset box app to leave a complaint for Edith app it has a bug that won’t let me send my complaint for a refund.

I feel like you always need an internet connection to launch the app. Also, sometimes the app doesn’t load the raw images from my iPhone 14 pro max.

I love how intuitive this app is. It makes it so easy for you to edit the photos and at the same time compare them by using the grid! This really helps to tidy your ig page. However it has some major issues that happens too often. Sometimes it says”something went wrong” and the grid stops loading. Sometimes the app just quits or freezes. And it remains the same no matter how many times you quit and reopen it. I’ve paid yearly subscription and I can’t even log in with my Instagram to use it successfully. If I knew this would happen i’d use other apps instead. While writing this my grid somehow isn’t working again :( please fix it!!

I love this app! So many photo editing options + the best feature is the batch editing. Thank you, Edith!
