eDreams: Flights, hotels, cars

booked a flight through eDreams and encountered issues with payment confirmation. After contacting customer service, they directed me to the airline, FlyPgs, who couldn’t help due to the third-party booking. eDreams has ignored multiple follow-up emails, leaving me with unresolved issues. Never use this app, better book directly from the airline company

Don’t recommend using them. They don’t refund money and lie and 1/10 company. I am very disappointed from it and 10000 percent I never use it again

They - give you some discount- but nothing special. And buy signing up to there monthly- or trial prime account. They make it very hard for there customers to end subscription. So they to everything they can to take there money. Even when they say it’s a free trial. I’m trying to end mine, but they make it very complicated. And that’s why, they have so many annoying reviews, and to be honest this company should be taken down, no benefits only problems. Not recommended.
