Ridiculous refund process
I booked a fly from Calgary to cancun my my fly was cancelled by the airline as the agent informed me he told me the request for a refund was raised to the airline on November and I should expected receiving my money with 30 days it almost 34 days now no money receive. I called this company servals in a month no one can help they are turning around. When I called one agent asked me to wait another 30 days because they haven’t revived the money from the airline. The same day I received a call from and email from another agent asking me to provided proof of fly cancellation from the airline, something’s that doesn’t makes sense. I asked to this agent to email me airline booking defense so that the can find me in their system I never received the email still now. This company serious. They wasted my time, my energy and my money is lost. They are just turning around playing with people’s money. My fly was cancelled by the airline as the agent told me on phone I don’t cancelled the fly on my end but it’s a big deal for me to receive my money. I booked my with them from Calgary to Cancun. I was forced to buy I new fly ticket to save my vacation. Poor customer with agent providing different informations from others. If you speak with 5 agents you’ll received 5 different informations for the same issue. I’m disappointed, I’m distracted this situation makes me sad ! You people using this company I pray you should never go through their refund process. This is the worst refund process I have ever seen in m
