This app only allows us to access our account info half of the time. It seems that’s it’s constantly being “updated” and displays “cannot display account information”. There have been a few emergencies where I’ve needed to see my account info and have not been able to access it.

I can see what I spend and wat gets charged. Thank you

This app used to work perfectly. Something changed around December 2022 or January 2023. Now the app hangs up when it is first opened and only displays a red screen or it appears to be loading with a continual “Please Wait” message until it produces an error message. This is inconvenient when you need to check a balance or transfer money. It has me thinking I need to look at another bank.

The ECU is absolutely the best bank ever! They always go above and beyond to take care of their members!

App is okay but for some reason it’s always down an it happens at the most convenient times . I can understand if it’s down once a month but it’s down multiple times a week.

This is my favorite Bank ever! However fraudulent charges from PlayStation they won’t refund because of $10.81 comes out every month for PlayStation for my granddaughter. She wasn’t even where her PlayStation was when the fraudulent charges were made. Plus some were made by Apple and I don’t buy anything from Apple! I was told to contact the companies which haven’t been of any help either! What happened to keeping your customers happy and helping them out Erica Flanigan???

Very user friendly. This app makes my life easier!
