The user interface is good. User friendly but can be very slow response time and crashes at times.

Makes everything easy. I hope developers pay attention to security and safe keeping of our personal information.

Absolutely horrendous app that does not work!!! Will not let you log in once you set up the account, when you open it through safari it’s even worse! You type in your DOB and it’s sets another completely different date of birth for you! This is for government approval and it DOES NOT WORK!!!

Completed eTravelin app but when finished it had status of "incomplete" and no QR code. Upon review of imputed data showed it completed. However, it was accepted by Immigration, there's that.

Good move for PH to introduce digitalisation,it makes life easier.

Error screen keeps coming out, required field not pointing out which had the problem, declarations definitions incomplete, buttons not working when trying to resume a previously filled form. Paper form would be easier to fill up than this.
