Eight Sleep

Uses 5gb of data a night. Glitchy. Generic support. I’ll be pushing for a refund as the experience is clunky at best. Power cycling a premium product shouldn’t be a fix.

Ok so the mattress and all does what it is advertised to do, but after paying thousands of dollars for the whole thing, after a year they ask you to pay like $500 USD a year to be able to continue using the features on the app, which I find completely distasteful. Come on Matteo, what scam are you guys pulling? Surely you know your customers aren’t that stupid. The features are there, just give it with the purchase and you’ll surely have more satisfied customers. I definitely will not be recommending this to anyone.

Can you believe this product stops working if your internet goes down? Why can’t it retain the schedule for a few more hours! This $4k piece of equipment designed to help you get better sleep literally switches itself off if the internet goes down, waking you up in the process. Unbelievable.

I leave my phone outside my bedroom to improve sleep, an Apple Watch app would be brilliant so I can adjust my morning alarm on the Eight Sleep

You cannot use the mattress without a subscription anymore. At least not the originally advertised functionality. Paying a pretty steep price for the mattress itself is not enough, you get a non-functional product without subscription.

Great App. But it has progressively changed over the years. Some things are improved. Some things are not as intuitive. What happened to the breathing and stretching features? 4-7-8 breathing tool was amazing! Where can I find it? Also the stretches. Oh the stretches!!! I would love these to be a bit more easier to find. Love the products though.

Great app with excellent UI. Would like to see proper Siri (Shortcuts) integration. Having to use IFTT is buggy at best, fails most of the time. Apple Watch app would be good too. Bug: Widget doesn’t use ‘actual temperatures’ even if set in the app. It uses the unitless numbers.
