Eight Sleep

Going to bed with a warm bed is lovely, equally as an alarm waking up warm is great. I am still awakening up in the middle of the night 4 am more often than not to hot and am trying to figure out why autopilot is not adjusting the temperature 🤒

This product has an app update every day which is worrying, so many bug fixes you’d have thought by now they’d have a stable product.

This is such a great product. The developers update very frequently, almost too frequently. It’s a great company, they listen to their customers, the support and feedback response is very good.

Simply put the Eight Sleep Pod 3 and app is fantastic. It’s transformed my partner and mines sleep, I set mine she sets hers and we’re both asleep and stay asleep at the perfect temperature. My girlfriend would wake up in sweats, no longer with this. The App is incredibly easy to navigate and I’m not sure why anyone would find fault with it. A++++++++

The app is fine, but considering the pod and cover cost so much, adding a subscription on top for what is a pretty basic app isn’t great

Totally useless set up with no clear instructions on how to re-pair with my new internet provider. This is a very expensive product and subscription and total unacceptable that you are left to find out yourself. I have started looking for competitors products and will ditch this company and give my money to someone else

The app always had some minor problems, but since the introduction of version 6 it became a mess which made £2000+ mattress cover totally unusable. Now the cover switches itself on and off randomly, alarms are disappearing from the view or activating by themselves, routines which were created in the previous versions of the app have just been completely erased… From now on I can’t recommend Eight Sleep for purchase anymore to anyone. It would be just a waste of money until they fix the software issues - and it seems it will take them months (hopefully not years) to achieve it.

Third night in a row it wakes me up with -10 cold. I provide feedback. Nothing changes. Just blasts me with cold and ruins my sleep. Dev, you should change your profession. You're terrible at it. Subscription cancelled.

As the title says :)

This is a somewhat new development after 6 months of good performance. App has been very laggy / unresponsive since Christmas time making it extremely difficult to control the mattress.
