Was waiting for this update for so long so it would work again on my new iPad Pro as it was totally broken before. And the new design and everything is amazing, all the bugs were completely fixed and new stuff too!!!! So nice to have it be full screen on new iPads!!! So happy I can use this app again and that it got even better and better looking.

Elastic Drums is the not the only drum machine app I own, but it’s easily the best sounding one and the only music app I seriously use in the many I’ve purchased. It’s super fun to use and the algorithms have many sweet spots with only a few parameters. Most other apps are either FM (challenging to work with) or wavetables, which in my opinion isn’t really synthesis. Elastic Drums sets itself apart in a world of boring and lame synth apps on iOS. The synthesis sounds fantastic, I can’t believe I can get great sounding drums out of my phone/iPad. If I had any feedback, it would be that having a bit more control of the synthesis would be nice, but if that means sacrificing sound quality, forget it. I love that I can share presets/beats across to my other devices using Airdrop so every device has everything and I can pick up whatever’s close and continue my tracks. If you’re looking for a drum machine style app with great synthesis, buy it, you won’t regret it.
Definitely worth the price for some experimental sounds. I wish it was easier to do some glitchy stuff though.
The Ableton export feature is amazing. It actually keeps the individual tracks when opening in Ableton.
Long press on the automation button and wow. Great sounds that you can make and customize in infinite ways. What a fantastic app this is for anyone making electronic music. Super duper interface. A must have app. Perfect for anyone who enjoys music making. And the Dev keeps on coming out with improvements and new stuff. How can anyone not want to have fun making music?
ED is a great drum app with endless tweaking. Great updates with Link and the new sampler (iap). A truly unique and useful beatmaking tool.

Totally worth the money! It's highly functional, and the sounds are very malleable. It's able to produce a wide range of drum sounds.
