Elgato Control Center

I don't know if it's the app or the key light that is the problem, but having to reset and fuvk around with the app and lamp every day gets boring fast. I don't know why they communicate so badly with each other to the point where the app can't find my lamp from one day to another. From what I understand this is a common problem to have, but all the "fixes" works temporarily, they do not help the lamp stay connected to the app long term.

Appen fungerte greit en periode, men finner ikke lenger lampen. Har prøvd produsentens forslag uten suksess. Lampa, mobilen og PC-en er på samme wifi nett, og PC-appen fungerer fint, men ikke mobilappen.

Please add Siri support for turning lights on/off.

I purchased the Elgato Key Light and used this app to control it with. Absolutely easy to use that even a caveman can figure it out! Simple on/off as well as ability to vary brightness and the cool/warm light. Will be purchasing for family for Christmas!

A very disappointing experience with an otherwise satisfactory product. A shame i’ve spent hundreds of dollars on lights and am unable to use them due to a malfunctioning application. Seems like an extreme oversight by Elgato, who I’ve previously been very happy with. The app fails to recognize the lights that have been connected and reconnected to the correct network. Utterly unintuitive and unreliable.

I have a Key Light and most of the time I need to reset it. Very unreliable. Constantly troubleshooting to see why the light disappears from the app. Why can’t we have physical controls on your lights rather than relying on trash software and Wi-Fi connection?

Doesn’t keep collection, useless, no updates

They used to work flawlessly. Came on immediately, turned off immediately. Now they only sometimes connect, sometimes will not go off, and minor brightness adjustments are tricky as the touch bar jumps around. Disappointed.

The lights never stay connected to either mobile or desktop apps. I’m incredibly frustrated with this entire product line because of bad software.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, but for some reason, it remains missing from the settings list of apps.
