Very bad experience
I normaly use Talabat but decided to checkout Elmenus and believe me thats the worst step I took, delivery took 4 FREAKIN hours to come
a disaster
almost never works as desired, ordered through the app multiple times and my order is simply ignored for hours while not being able even to cancel the order without contacting their useless support

Super user friendly
Constant popups
Your constant popups that cover the search bar or large portions of the screen make me feel like i am back in 2005 after having installed 10 different tool bars on the browser. It’s bad design and makes the experience feel cheap and like a knockoff of other food ordering services. I shouldn’t feel like your app needs an adblocker.

The worst customer service … i didn’t receive my order and they refused to send back my money. And the customer service has nothing to do!!!
They became so bad
Last 4 times I ordered from this app , the order late from 30 minutes to more than that and it came with wrong items , and the support is very weak
Garbage
Doesn’t support locations in the heart of the city!!
