worst experience ever.. will delete the app and never use it again… more than 1 hour delay beyond the estimated time.. and the driver’s name is changed suddenly on the app with another one!

CRAZY CRAZY EXPERIENCE!!!! So i had a delivery guy pretty much stake out my house and send me threats via text for a couple of days, all because i complained about a late order! He literally texted me that he was going to bring people to wait for me outside my house!!!!! When i contacted elmenus they didn't even help at all. They told me they contacted the delivery and asked him to stop!!!! Thats it!!!!!! I had problems with the app for a while and in general their customer care and support is very poor and sometimes they dont even answer chats. But i never once ordered from an app and had the experience come down to violence. And at the end of the day the solution at elmenus wasn’t even to fire the guy, it was just to ask him to stop. He could be delivering an order right now.

I have payment issues and I can’t even reach a single customer care representative and the only thing is a default nonsense questionnaire asking what is the problem without leaving options to for the questions required from the client. Honest am very disappointed with the nonsense application

ابليكشن سئ حقيقي ، بلغتهم بمشكله كبيرة وطلبت تواصل بمدير وبلغوني ان المدير هيتواصل معايا خلال ٢٤ ساعه كان يوم ١٣/٨ انهارده ١٨/٨ ومحدش كلمني وعملت مليون استعجال ومحدش معبرني ورافضين تمام بتحويلي لمدير والمدير طبعا هو فاشل عشان موصل الخدمة بشكل ده ومخلي الواحد يوصل للڤل ده وكمان المشكله كانت مشكله كبيرة مع دليفري وخد الفلوس ومشي وقلة ادب وهما حتى مقترحوش بالتعويض لحد ما يتواصل مدير معايا بالكارثة دي *نصيحة الابليكشن ده متجبوش منه لانهم اسوء خدمة عملاء تتعاملوا معاهم ولو حصل اي حاجه هما مش هيعملوا لك حاجه* HORRIBLE SERVICEEEE!!!!
