It was working decently when it was free version with some glitches and crushes. I thought when they started the subscription, those will be fix better however, within 1 week is paying annual subscription, the app will not even allow me to open the app saying I need to buy a subscription. I have contacted the support and so far they have not able to come up with solutions to resolve this. It has been since sometime in November and now is Jan 2022 and no answer. I am seriously thinking of unsubscribing and hope that i will get my annual fee refunded. Do not buy the subscription unless Boomerang can resolve this or you may be paying double.

Used the app for over a year until you decided to charge for it. I thought it was pretty good for what it was, and that was free. I don't know who exactly you are targeting here to expect people to pay $25 a month. Good luck with that! Too bad. I'll find an alternative, and I think I will pass on trying other products from your company moving forward. Fooled me once.

Was nicer when I didn’t have to pay $25 to access my emails. Well done boomerang you’ve killed your app.

I like this app but it’s never been amazing. And even if it was amazing I can’t justify paying this much for email. Maybe if they had asked for $1-3 per month I would have agreed without thinking too much- but the fact that I’ve been locked out of the app that I’ve been using free for years unless I pay $19 - $25 per month is a bit ludicrous to me. I’ll be using a different service from now on.

Great app but confusing sometimes

hey what happened to this app i used to launch the app and it would refresh my emails within 1 to 2 seconds and I could see all my new emails now I launch the app and it takes 2 minutes and sometimes it still doesn’t even refresh all my emails, it just spins. what happened? did you cut down on server costs because of the stupid government made conspiracy?update the app so that my emails refresh faster. like it used to. now. Edit I noticed last week that when I went to check either my Hotmail email account or my Outlook email account I would have to remove the account and then re-add it for it to re-sync and refresh my emails now I don’t know if this is an issue on your side or the idiots at microsoft but look into it and message them so they are aware of how stupid they ARE and update as necessary. please and thank you.

I need to be able to add my Yahoo account, without that this app is useless.

Love the app overall, the app could use some enhancements such as support for the magic keyboard and touch pads. In addition I am confused as to why the top bar doesn’t have mark as unread button seems fairly simple
