After i paid for subscription, the app won’t let me use it
It was working decently when it was free version with some glitches and crushes. I thought when they started the subscription, those will be fix better however, within 1 week is paying annual subscription, the app will not even allow me to open the app saying I need to buy a subscription. I have contacted the support and so far they have not able to come up with solutions to resolve this. It has been since sometime in November and now is Jan 2022 and no answer. I am seriously thinking of unsubscribing and hope that i will get my annual fee refunded. Do not buy the subscription unless Boomerang can resolve this or you may be paying double.
