Best email app, very reliable, awesome tracking. A bit too expensive for teams.

Amazingly easy to use, nice workflow. Very reliable. Whatever I do, Polymail keeps track of my emails, whether that‘s „Send Later“ or „Read Later“ or „Block Sender“. I‘ve never encountered any issues. Gives me ease of mind! Another amazing feature I love is the short delay after hitting the „Send“ button. For some 30 seconds I think, I can still cancel the sending process. I‘ve already spotted typos after sending and was able to prevent it from being sent. Very very useful and highly recommended to anyone with large amounts of emails everyday.

Why do I need to create an account and sync all my email account information such as my passwords with Polymail? Why is not possible to use this application as a simple email client without the need to share your data with Polymail? This is not very trustworthy. Here an excerpt from their website: Note only for IMAP accounts: If you are connecting to an IMAP account, because the IMAP protocol does not have support for OpenAuthentication (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, etc.), your passwords will be encrypted and stored.

Please finally offer your users to choose a dark mode interface

It even syncs mail accounts across devices.

Both iOS and MacOS versions are full of bugs. Emails are constantly rendered incorrectly. Even trivial stuff like inbox mail count doesn't work (i.e email count badge shows 2 when inbox is empty). They also removed the in-app bug report feature - so I have to write this review now.

I would like to see other mail services to be accepted by polymail... unfortunately i can only login with icloud or gmail...

A promising email app which is a delight to use. While it can sometimes be a little slow to sync, it does the basics very well. Looking forward to seeing how it develops.

The recent crash has proven to be diastrous for Polymail ios. It has been weeks and the app is just a mess. Lots of loading lag time, tracking is inconsistent at best. Inbox loads years old emails as new. Search functions require multiple reload. The Polymail team will tell you they have resolved all the issues and it is just you. Nah. This feels like a company on their way out of business.
