من اسواء البنوك في الدولة والمعاملة جدا سيئه لدرجة انهم مهملين جدا فقدت عندهم شيك بقيمه 300 الف درهم واللون باسم بنك معقد جدا في التسجيل
Worst Mobile Application!
One of the worst mobile application to do transactions.
Dreadful
The experience is terrible, the word 'app' doesn't fit. I’d rather spend my time having agonizing surgery than dealing with this bank.
Terrible
One of the worst banking apps I have ever used. Same applies to ENBD business web banking. It’s almost as if both were built in the 90s. Terrible user interface, no thinking behind usability, takes many steps to conduct a transaction. It would take less time to walk into a brunch and carry out a transaction!
Terrible App Compared to ENBD App
smartBUSINESS needs a complete overhaul. It’s extremely inefficient. To do a simple payment you’ll have to enter the password several times then sms verification. Something that takes 1 minute on ENBD personal banking app, takes smartBUSINESS over 10 mins. Not to mention the app can’t save beneficiary templates like you can on a browser. It’s a mess.
