This app simply refuses to start as the logo keeps animating and that’s the end of it. Please sort it out.

Used to work perfectly but no longer loads

I’ve been using this app for years with no problem, after updating to IOS 13.1 on iphone it doesn’t want to work (the logos just keep going round and round and will not pad the log in page, I’m writing it here as there is no support online from various routes to get someone to help.

Doesn’t load so can’t use it

Excellent app

This version no longer works with iOS 8. The app crashes when selecting a beneficiary for transfers. I contacted app support and they are aware of the issue, however the only suggestion they had was to try reinstall the app or switch the device on and off again. Which did not help. Waiting for the next version of the app with the fix for this issue (so far almost two months since iOS 8 was released and no app update with a fix). App is great when it actually works, or if you still have iOS 7.
