DO NOT buy from EMMIOL. Worst clothing company ever! They scam you out of your money and customer service team is extremely rude and don’t know what they are saying/doing. They will send you crap quality clothing for a price you’d expect something decent and the pictures of the clothing don’t even match the product they send. The material composition they have on their website for certain clothing is completely wrong and doesn’t match what they send you. Contacted the support team fighting with them for over a month for them to return my package on their expense and they kept refusing. On the website it says if it is their fault they will pay for shipping and the customer service team kept denying me service. Then when I asked to speak to someone more senior they said for me to send a picture of the shipping label I created and the receipt so I can get refunded for that. Then when I asked for the money back for shipping (I paid $70 for the shipping cost) they refused and said they won’t pay me back because they already told me that I would have to pay on my expense. So why would you request me to send a picture of the receipt if you’re not intending on giving me back the money??! They made it seem like they were going to pay me back and once I shipped it they flat out refused. They’re grimy scammers. I’ve had a way better experience on more shady companies like wish where they were happy to refund me for their mistakes and I didn’t even have to send it back. When I comment of their social media posts saying how yes they seem cute but don’t buy the product because it’s trash quality and doesn’t even match the product, they delete my comment right away! Beyond frustrated is what I am because now I am down so much money cause of this joke of a company. Thanks a lot!
