I get texts for updated bills but it never lets me login. Even with Face ID enabled it doesn’t let me in. Then when I try to get my username and password to login it tells me I don’t exist even though it has my info in the system since it sends me texts and I have my login info noted down on paper as well. If I could give this app negative stars I would have. Don’t bother using this app.

Literally the worst unusful app ever. Whats the point here? All it does is tell you what coverage you have. There’s nothing searchable there’s no information like what is the point of this app?

The New User Registration screen asks for First name, Last name, DOB, and Employee ID. When you hit Submit, it throws an error saying “SSN should be 9 digits with no dashes”. Uh what?! It didn’t ask me for the SSN! And then if I delete the employee id and put in my SSN it can’t find me. Pretty useless. Didn’t get past the registration screen. Deleting the app. Will use the website. Ugh!

I keep trying to login on my phone and computer but I need the app. Won’t let me login tried changing my password, called HR, they said the manager would have to reset it and she doesn’t know how too

The title says it all.

Clearly the developers have zero clue on what they are doing. Similar experiences as others, terrible onboarding and account creation experience. Will be recommending employer to escalate this garbage.

It worked initially when I first registered, then on the second time trying to log in, pure frustration, gave up due to my time constraints. Later trying to log in and after resetting my password and trying, still no luck. Deleted this app and use the desktop only, I hope this is not an indication of how the accessing of your own information in the future will be.

So my company has moved to this now, well i can not create a new account so how is this useful?

I have tried logging in several times. I’m unable to login. I e used the same login name as how I did on the computer. I went to forgot username and entered all my information… and it says I can not be found!!!! I called customer service… and she was absolutely no help!!!!
