Dayforce Learning

Learning modules are not formatted very well for phone. Sometimes hard to click answers. On the drag questions I can’t even complete the module because the app doesn’t let you drag the answers to the correct photo/topic.

The app doesn’t have all slides and stuff formatted so I can’t finish learning courses because I can’t navigate within the app. This little thing makes the app USELESS because I can’t complete my trainings.

A 2 hour course has already taken that amount of time and I’m not even halfway through. The screen will not move to where you need to go. You can try to scroll but it doesn’t (when it should!). I have an up to date phone and good connection but the app does not respond as it should. Total waste of precious time!

I have to delete the app and reload at least once a day. Session expired error constantly displayed. Ceridian needs to get it together in the learning space. total junk

We use Dayforce at our office and having a mobile app will greatly improve our ability to share training with our employees. Right now it’s limited to only employees with desktops/laptops. I have noticed the “Complete” button is not functional at the end of SCORM file videos. In addition, it is not easy to view a PDF or Word document unless you have another app to view them. In Dayforce you only have ability to download. Will these small issues be fixed? Otherwise, I think the app works pretty well.

Not too many flashy features but it supplies me with what I need to take courses on the go.

I have to reinstall this app every month just to use it. Otherwise I get an error message and it won’t load new courses on me.

Constantly crashes, reinstalling gets it working again but as soon as I close the app I can never reopen it.

Can I give it negative stars, it crashes all the time and every time there is a new course you have to delete and download it again otherwise you can’t get on it. Pure garbage app

fix this app, always crashes. it doesn’t record anything u do in the learning section.
