Horrible Experience. Customer service lacks urgency and efficiency. Been going back and fourth with Khey for over 2 months about an item I ordered. I ordered an item and they have sent me the complete different item. I returned and asked them to correct and send the replacement in which I was informed I would be refunded and would have to order again. They got back to me and said i was refunded to my account but nothing was popping up in my account credits. I went back and about 2-3 weeks later they said they accidentally refunded me in the wrong currency and thats why it was not popping up on my account. I Then ordered the item, and about a few days later, at the EXACT same time and date, received 2 emails. 1 saying my order was cancelled and 1 saying that it was shipped. I then went back to support after 2 months asking them what the issue is now, and they came back saying that there was only 1 left but they still didn’t send to me. Replies took forever even after going back and fourth and trying to solve this issue with someone who has been asking them constantly for 2 months on updates. Will not be shopping here again. Horrible Company and no compensation for lost time.

I’ve used the app to order stuff a bunch of times and the customer support is terrible for international shoppers. Once a bag was missing straps with no explanation. Most recently two items are missing from the order and there is no explanation as to why or any indication I will be refunded. I’ve lodged police reports and followed this up as requested, with no further response leaving me out of pocket and frustrated I have no other avenues to have it resolved. Given the cost of some items and that ASOS has a better customer support platform I won’t be trusting them again as the risk of an order not being correct is to high and unlikely to be rectified if it’s wrong or something is missing.

Discount code (advertised on the site) did not work. Code was said to be “invalid”.

I’m going through a difficult time at the moment and I’m trying to protect my self from harmful things that keep affecting my car and overall work and everyday life this Pleasures Alien Crochet Doll and the Billionaire Boys Club Rocket Logo Socks in pink I feel will help to protect me against harm on my journey through life and to get me through this painful time with my car health I feel your store will help me throughout life to get through this stage of difficulty of my emotional and physical growth to overcome the alignments of my chronic spinal fusion post operative pain and stress tension caused by the neglect I have received from my mother and grandparents and the lies they filled my head with as child because I was disabled and was not aloud to have the surgery at an earlier age and was forced to wear a brace instead as the funding was being filed and I was forced to submit to the decisions made by my mother and grandparents and my voice and opinion on my personal health was not accepted as valid and was dismissed until they decided to file a restraining order against me when I was ordered this during work at a busy main road and this has impacted my ability to find work in my town and the town over where I had the surgery that was not 100% completed. Quite cool app, but there’s a bag, when I check my cart and there are more than 5 items, in main menu numbers 5 and 6 are overlaid. In the last version it isn’t fixed. Anyway it is the best app for shopping
