In July 6th I placed an order for Jordan se 3 to India on 9th of July package arrived at customs. And customs asked for a declaration from end clothing to clear the customs which they said they provided again and again for like 15days but they never gave a declaration. On July 21st I requested the end clothing to recall they order. Which they requested the same to FedEx since then I’ve been trying daily to get my refund back but when I contact end they say problem is with FedEx and when I contact FedEx they’ll say shipper need to provide one thing or the other. This is happening like from more than a month now. When I contacted end they said they’ll not refund the money if they didn’t get the package back. I don’t know how I’m responsible for the package I never received or it’s not my fault for package being stuck at customs. They are cheating customers by taking orders and not delivering them. I request immediate refund.

Love the app, good collection. Some are over priced. Shipping charges to my country is stupendously huge. Else everything is super.

I always get a limited stock items which we cant find anywhere else from these store. 5* to there customer service and a nice 5* to there services.

Having been a fashion buyer in the past it was a great relief to see end come to glasgow.with great lines which I already worked with ! The staff in glasgow are a great professional and friendly team, particularly the twins Kevin and Keiron , Nicky , Dan and Daryl and a great person Lynn behind the sales team . I worry however that the introduction of womens wear will affect and water down the mens offering ! Jim Kerr .

Amazing up until you place the order then down hill from there, customer service is none existent Placed my order on the Tuesday, 2-3 days delivery, expecting it by the weekend, call on the Monday to be told 9 minute que, call gets cut off in 30 mins

When I open the app the home page work but that’s pretty much it when I try to go anywhere else I’m left with a blank screen, then I shown a error box. The app is not working at all.
