I called to schedule my annual maintenance. The phone message said I can easily schedule that when I download the app. So I hang up. I download the app when I download the app to schedule the maintenance It tells me to call. What is the point!!!!

And this company.

I used to see upcoming appointments earlier but in recent time something changed and I no longer see any upcoming appointments.

Basically anything you want to do in the app brings up a number to call. Images show you “pinpointing the perfect appointment”, getting reminders and keeping track of your products.

It won't let me sign up for an account. The verification email will arrive but after clicking the "Complete my Registration" button my browser tells me the address is invalid. The developer should be ashamed of releasing this abomination.

Can’t use this app. I do not use email on my iPhone. You cannot complete the registration and account setup unless you use email on your phone. Without that the process fails. Absolutely bad design. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Enercare’s help line told me to setup email on my phone just to set up their app. Such an absurd requirement due to their own poor design. Total FAIL.

This app is garbage! I lost respect and trust in Enercare knowing that although the reviews are so bad, they still kept it and are encouraging customers to use it! App is non intuitive and doesn’t offer the services/information it is meant to offer! I read the reviews but still downloaded it to book a maintenance appointment for my furnace; it has been a disaster! Errors, lagging and at the end, it asks you to call an 800 number :)

Like others have already stated - this app is useless. Looks like they created this app to make it seem like they’re with the times. Had this installed before and it suddenly stopped working. A year and half later I’m re-installing it and same crap. Try to schedule an annual maintenance on it and their phone number pops up to call…then why have a friggin app. Useless POS….should have saved your money creating this app and reimburse your customers for the ridiculous rates you’re charging.

Big time waster. Freezes.
