Can't redeem the rewards... When I click on the rewards it shows "temporarily unavailable"....

App crashes all the time when trying to look at account details. Disappointing and for a banking app and raises questions to its safety!

Keep getting an error message saying ‘Server busy’

Update: for your devs, please make your app tracking integrations (FB, Branch, Sentry) less restrictive. It appears that if you NOP these requests at the DNS level, the app just stays stuck on the splash. I'm a new Rogers bank customer and their mobile app is pretty awful. Perhaps the worst banking app I've used and I make mobile apps for a living and have seen a huge range of app quality. This one takes the cake for how bad it is. Opening the app just has it hanging on the splash screen. Even an uninstall didn't fix the issue lol.

Viewing received messages doesn’t work.

This app is terrible!! Trying to register and login, error happens saying server can’t be found. Clicked on forgot Username/Password and got same error!! Not impressed.

No Dark Mode. The new UI glows in the face at night. Dark Mode protects your eyes. Fido, Shaw and Chatr reward redemption integration is needed.

It’ll show transactions as posted when they’re still pending. The balance will reflect the transactions as being posted, but the available credit won’t, because they’re not actually posted. Talk to them on the phone and they’ll confirm that they’re not posted. Also, every time you open the app, there’s a modal message saying you’re logged out—as if you couldn’t tell by looking at the login screen! Just scan my face and log me in, stop the irritation!
