Auf dem iPad unbrauchbar. Weder in der Karte zum buchen kann man das Datum wählen noch werden in der Kalenderansicht alle Optionen angezeigt, die im Webbrowser auf dem PC angezeigt werden. Testet eure Software dochmal, bevor tausende MA Zeit verplempern lasst.

I used Comfy and was asked to install the new Version. It didn‘ work. Poor Version

Die App ist soooooo schlecht gemacht, nichts funktioniert oder ist nutzerfreundlich. Jedes Mal muss ich meinen Favorit Raum wieder suchen und um ihn immer wieder zu buchen, muss x-mal klicken bis man Standardvorgänge abschließt... Meine Krankenkassen App ist um Welten besser, wirklich peinlich!!!

I really like Comfy! Don’t know how the new way of working would actually work without this App. I was so annoyed to constantly miss the office days of colleagues - now I can see their booking and plan accordingly. For me (who is travelling and working in several locations) that is amazing. Also I really like that with the integration of MTRs it all finally is seamless and I don’t have to read through several instructions. It just works and if I need technical help I have directly the correct contact stored there. I know it is highly customisable and I saw that some admins seem to put in a lot of effort & content for the location and others don’t. That has a huge impact for users like me - but I know the tool offers all the options and is working great for me.

Can’t book a desk for a dedicated day, just the day of today. Cancellation does not work like described in the support. Nice idea, still room to improve

I can’t complete the authentication process to use the app. The authentication link they send to my company email 404’s, so the app is unusable. There is no support contact on the company website or in the app.

This app is so frustrating to use for our office. The descriptions for work spaces are not correct. It makes you “confirm” your booking an hour before, so if I book it for 8 am I have to confirm at 7 am, but it doesn’t prompt you or send a notification, so I have yet to remember to do this since at 7 am I’m busy getting ready and getting the kids out the door. And then you get to the office, realize you don’t have a booking, and can’t even remember which one you booked (app doesn’t keep a record of it). Overall just not effective and very frustrating. Most people at the office don’t even use it because it’s not accurate, so everyone is just roaming around looking for an open desk.

When the app works, it’s convenient and great. That said, connectivity it sporadic AT BEST. You will frequently have to quit the app and reopen it in order to get it to connect to your building. Sometimes it will even lock you out for 10 min even though your request did not go through. If they fix the bugs, then this would easily be a 5 star app.

The app doesn’t work, I open it and stays on a page telling me to select the building and goes nowhere, nothing to select. The app support link doesn’t work, opens a Zendesk page with an error. There’s no way to change the temperature and we are toasting in the meeting room.
