Honestly don’t think Entergy cares about the practical functionality of their app, they are so corporate ..you can figure the rest out.. there are useless AI apps out there with way better software.

This app has come a long way! It always works very well for me. Just a suggestion. When customers unenroll from level billing a warning box asking if you are sure should pop up and explain you will be responsible for extra charges that were saved over the years and that you can’t enroll again for six months and ask if you wish to proceed.

Seems like this app always needs updating. Other than that it’s good

They rebranded and we are still without power.

I’ve never once had an issue with Entergy or their app. I love the way they allow me to keep track of my energy usage on even an hourly basis and it’s never been easier to pay my bill. Not to mention how useful I find their outage map to be. As far as their customer service goes, I’ve hardly ever needed them. But when I did, they were very friendly and patient. I had called them after I had moved. I couldn’t figure out how to link my new account to the app and make it quit showing the old one. The rep walked me through it step by step and had it set up for me in no time. I couldn’t be happier with them!

The app tells me there is no outage so I don’t get any updates on when power will be back on. I report an outage and it still says I have power. Would be a good app if it worked.

App won’t even open. Looks like it was updated 10 hrs ago. Well apparently update was no good. Please fix!!!!!

Today’s update is garbage. The app launches then fails (closed).

After the last update (May 22) the app crashes upon opening.
