Was good when it worked
The app was good when it works but now the app won’t even open. Makes I very hard to pay my bill.
Needs work
1. Each time my power goes out the status shows that my power is on. 2. The total customers out this morning showed “1,” but there were over 400 out. 3. Txt system also needs work as it insisted that my power is one when it was off for four hours this morning. These issues have been ongoing for at least a year!!!!!!!
Rarely works
The app is constantly down and doesn’t work properly when it’s up.

This app is great when working properly. Currently the bill projection is not working since September 19th.
Problem with App
I would give a 5 star review, but my projected bill has not changed since about the 6th of September.
Up til this month/sept 2024 app was great!
Now the usage module is ‘stuck’ not quite at mid-month & stopped updating, so can’t mitigate costs like I’d been able to do previously. Is there a known glitch? Am I the only one affected?? Who knows - no info available
Not working
Bill projection, usage so far not working!! May need to work the bugs out but overall great app!!
