The app is seamless and always updated. The best part is how available in-person customer service is if there are any (rare) issues with the car.

When returning the car early, the app still shows the trip as active, with no indication that it was actually ended. I had to call customer service to confirm.

This is an app that someone would have designed 20 years ago, with a limited budget. Not at all intuitive, if you’ve used Uber or zipcar or any other service, you’ll be disappointed.

This app always does everything we need, seamlessly and consistently. A pleasure to use.

The all is better than the website, I just wish that you could change your payment method.

Make sure you get your rental app fix with Enterprise Car Share. Although the verification process is manual, you need to go in and show your original driver’s license. Once this is done, you’ll have a great experience driving their well maintained cars. Drive safe!

Enterprise please update or fix your app. It never works. Like ever. Fix it.

I enjoy the car share service provided by Enterprise, however this app needs a lot of work. It simply doesn’t work too often. I am unable to search for vehicles or book reservations and end up using the desktop version instead.
