I am guessing the UI designers must all be young people. I can hardly read any of the contents.

App keeps crashing

I have been using this app for a long time without problems. But past few days I cannot open it. Keeps crashing. iPhone 14 on iOS 17.1.2

Unable to open the app

Have been using the app for 2 years with no issues and recently tried to open but it keeps glitching and forced close by itself. Please fix!

Offers not attractive

All offers are either 1 for 1 or for 2 persons; so those dining alone don’t get to enjoy any perks? Spinelli offers 1 for 1, if I’m alone I need to get 2 cups; Hoshino need 2 person to get the 25% kith also need 2 person to enjoy the discount The other day I went to both Kith and Bangkok Jam, totally forgot about the entertainer promo for 2 person; instead use my other credit cards to make payment. If I’m alone I won’t use HSBC card.

Excellent service

Cashier on Sunday lunchtime at Seletar Mall was very friendly and helpful. Will return because of his attitude :) keep it up!!

Not working

Poor apps. The overseas hotel search section freezes since yesterday night. Need the hotel rate urgently but cant do anything about it.

Complaint App not working

I was at uni gallery at The Plaza today for lunch. Wanted to use the Entertainer app to pay by 1-1 voucher. But the app didn’t work !! Keep giving me “no internet connection “ message although there was clearly internet n wifi. My other apps were working fine ! I had to try like 10 times over the course of my meal (over 2 hours) and finally it worked ! i even switched off my hp n switched it on again but still nothing until like the last straw. BAD experience ! from Ms Aw Tui Heng
