ENTERTAINER with HSBC

Registered successfully. But when logged into the app, it kept saying “sent you an email, please follow instructions to register”... over and over again. Chatted with the Live Chat support in the app, but took forever to respond. Finally, complete silence after awaiting ~10 mins for his response. An utterly complete waste of time.

I am guessing the UI designers must all be young people. I can hardly read any of the contents.

I have been using this app for a long time without problems. But past few days I cannot open it. Keeps crashing. iPhone 14 on iOS 17.1.2

Have been using the app for 2 years with no issues and recently tried to open but it keeps glitching and forced close by itself. Please fix!

All offers are either 1 for 1 or for 2 persons; so those dining alone don’t get to enjoy any perks? Spinelli offers 1 for 1, if I’m alone I need to get 2 cups; Hoshino need 2 person to get the 25% kith also need 2 person to enjoy the discount The other day I went to both Kith and Bangkok Jam, totally forgot about the entertainer promo for 2 person; instead use my other credit cards to make payment. If I’m alone I won’t use HSBC card.

Cashier on Sunday lunchtime at Seletar Mall was very friendly and helpful. Will return because of his attitude :) keep it up!!

Poor apps. The overseas hotel search section freezes since yesterday night. Need the hotel rate urgently but cant do anything about it.
