Crashing every time I tap the usage button
Seems to work OK apart from app crashing each time I hit the usage button - which is a really useful idea I think - if I could use it…

Take control of your account with the E.ON Next app.
Whether you’re a home or business customer, you can now manage your account quickly and easily whenever, wherever.
Here’s what you can do –
· Use FaceID or Touch ID login so you never have to worry about remembering your password again.
· Set a new password if you’ve recently been moved over to us (as long as you’re getting emails from us, the app is ready and waiting for you to use!)
· Send in your meter readings – we’re even got a handy in app torch for those dark & dingy meter cupboards.
· View and download your statements as well as keep up to date with your latest account balance.
· Make payments easily.
· Check your tariff details and renewal dates.
· Manage your account information.
· Opt in to get reminders when there’s something new to see or we need something from you.
Smart Pay As You Go –
· Check your balance and top up when you need to.
· Look through your top up history and get your payment code if needed.
· Opt in for low balance push alerts straight to your phone.
We’re still working on more new features for the app so watch this space and keep your app up to date.

This thing is a dam joke
Website and App are constantly down. I get “please try again later” every time I try to log in. Every.Single.Time. Customer service is non existent so don’t bother trying to email or call.
Latest update
With the latest update, click “usage”, shows bar chart, select a date and “View More” option appears. Select “View More” and nothing happens. I would expect to see cost of individual fuels on that day along with KWh. A backward step removing these details.
No improvement since my last complaint
1. Why do I have to login every time I want to give a meter reading? Other apps do not make me do this. 2. Please could we have a table giving average daily electricity consumption between readings? South West Water manages to provide this in their app, whatever the quality of their water.

easy , no need to go shop takes 30 secounds to make a payment thank goodness i changed to smart meters atleast now i don’t need to get a newborn ready to go shop or lend emergency credit fast and simple way to top up
