السلام عليكم ممكن تحلون مشكلة اسعاد مانقدر ندخل الابليكشن للعلم ارسلت ايميل قبل شهرين ولا شي فايدة وشكرا

Very slow and badly designed app. Very old! This app is designed by a child. This is very bad app for such a prestigious police like Dubai police. This needs a full redesign from scratch. It is very slow very glitchy. Can’t add the card to my Apple wallet can’t use any services. Maybe the police should hire a better application programmer and designer.

غيرت الباسوورد مليون مرة و البرنامج مب طايع يدخلني و لا قادرة ادخل ع البطاقة الرقمية .. فوق هذا وقفتوا اتوزعون البطايق ع الموظفين. شو انسوي يعني؟! شوفولنا حل

The application doesn’t allow me to login to my account no matter what, it doesn’t accept my credentials

The app wil not allow log in despite resetting the password 100 times. The they can’t provide technical support they should continue with physical cards.

Unable to login through the app. It says invalid user name and password. Same login works on website. Please help fix it.

Please fix the issue with card not getting added to Apple wallet. Too slow to load the benefit pages as well.
