Dear team, Esaad application is not opening in iphone ios 16, i can only see opening green color screen and the app closes. Please look into it. Kind regards

Hi Team, The app isn’t opening on iPhones even after multiple attempts. Tried to delete and re-install but getting the same error. Kindly fix.

After i launch the app, its just loading and no response after that. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn’t work at all 😐

The app doesn’t load and open most of the times. Really needs to look into it for smooth functioning. Quite disappointed by the whole experience. Hope the team will sort it out soon. Thanks.

Very slow and badly designed app. Very old! This app is designed by a child. This is very bad app for such a prestigious police like Dubai police. This needs a full redesign from scratch. It is very slow very glitchy. Can’t add the card to my Apple wallet can’t use any services. Maybe the police should hire a better application programmer and designer.
