I have 3 sets of license for 3 different entities that I manage. I should be able to label them as I need to. Do that and I give two more stars.

I have an IPhone and I can’t see my kid’s Phone from the app. I have to open the browser to get access to Eset Home from where I can enter in Parental Control Menu. When are you going to do an app for Parental Control too?

Having initiated ESET Password Manager on my laptop, I proceeded to install it on my iPhone. It has been a clumsey disaster. It is working on my laptop, sort of but not at all on my iPhone.

I made an ESET home account on my computer that’s linked to my Google account. I can sign in on my computer, but not this app. I gave it two stars instead of one because the ESET antivirus does a good job.

Great I'm sure , but I use Eset Cyber Security Pro.

Paid full retail for macbook pro. Got a new ipad and eset wants me to buy a second subscription for it. These guys are CHEAP. Money is tight. When this expires I will go to a different vendor.

You user experience is confusing and difficult to follow. The only option to load protection is to delete off this device. Obvious no user testing was done.

With screen time (down time) she can play some games and use FaceTime I need total protection, so when the schedule time is on she can’t use her phone
