Bad user experience
1. The application logs you out from time to time and you have to enter your password again and again. It's just terrible and very annoying. You can't even turn it off! Why then do you offer to set a code or biometrics to log in if you still force me to manually enter a huge password for my account? I don’t want to enter login data every time. Period.
2. It is impossible to change the license for the device. I have a device with a free license and a premium license with free slots for devices. I want to change the license from free to paid, but this is impossible to do. How annoying this is, it's just terrible! I have to disconnect the device from ESET HOME and log into my account again to connect it to a paid license. Why do I need this application at all if I can’t manage the license properly?

A real pain in the a**
Having initiated ESET Password Manager on my laptop, I proceeded to install it on my iPhone. It has been a clumsey disaster. It is working on my laptop, sort of but not at all on my iPhone.
Can’t sign in with Google
I made an ESET home account on my computer that’s linked to my Google account. I can sign in on my computer, but not this app. I gave it two stars instead of one because the ESET antivirus does a good job.

Great I'm sure , but I use Eset Cyber Security Pro.
Expensive
Paid full retail for macbook pro. Got a new ipad and eset wants me to buy a second subscription for it. These guys are CHEAP. Money is tight. When this expires I will go to a different vendor.
Contradictory instructions to load on a second device
You user experience is confusing and difficult to follow. The only option to load protection is to delete off this device. Obvious no user testing was done.
